Over 1,100 acres of parkland, trails, recreation programs, and community events for all ages.
West Bend's park system includes more than 30 parks ranging from small neighborhood green spaces to large regional facilities. The department maintains playgrounds, athletic fields, picnic shelters, restrooms, and natural areas across the system.
Regner Park is the city's flagship facility, offering a swimming beach on a spring-fed pond, picnic areas, playgrounds, and open space along the Milwaukee River. The park hosts community events throughout the summer and serves as the primary gathering space for residents.
The Eisenbahn State Trail runs through West Bend on a former railroad corridor, providing a paved multi-use path for walking, running, and cycling. The trail connects to the regional trail network and offers a car-free route through the city.
The department runs year-round recreation programming for youth, adults, and seniors. Programs include:
Park shelters, athletic fields, and indoor facilities are available for reservation. Groups can book shelters for family gatherings, reunions, and community events through the Parks and Recreation office.
